Great Art Needs Great Infrastructure.

I work with artists and creative practitioners across artist management, creative strategy, environmental sustainability, mentoring, access support, and funding applications. Each service can stand alone or be combined, depending on your practice and current needs.

If this sounds relevant, please get in touch to arrange a conversation. My priority is finding the right fit rather than selling a service, so let's discuss where there may be genuine synergy between what I offer and what you need.

Artist Management

Managing relationships with galleries, collectors, curators, and institutions, identifying opportunities such as commissions and residencies, and handling studio administration, so that artists can focus on their work. This service allows for a longer-term role, shaping career strategy and positioning, ranging from hands-on daily support to the occasional steer or standalone project management.

Environmental Sustainability

This offers practical support for artists wanting to work more sustainably, from reviewing materials, packaging, and shipping to carbon auditing and aligning practice with recognised frameworks including the Gallery Climate Coalition, Ki Culture, and Julie's Bicycle.

This is a one-to-one relationship supporting an artist's development. It is an opportunity to create space to think clearly about practice, review work, and get practical advice on building a sustainable career. Focused on developing confidence and direction, not acting on the artist's behalf.

Mentoring

Access Support

This provides clear and directed support for artists facing mental or physical access barriers including neurodivergent conditions, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia in submitting an Arts Council application. Working alongside you at your own pace, asking questions rather than providing answers, to help articulate your own vision. This is not bid writing or funding support, it is guidance on your own application. It is a service that is funded by Arts Council access provision at no cost to the applicant.

Practical support in getting a project in front of the right funders by identifying suitable programmes, building a strong case for support, and ensuring the application is clear, compelling, and meets selection criteria. May include drafting from scratch, strengthening an existing bid, or identifying opportunities that suit the project's scale and ambition.
